We are located on the beautiful UCSD campus in La Jolla, California. Our lab is on the fifth floor of the Natural Sciences Building.
We are always looking for talented undergraduates, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to join the lab. The lab integrates expertise in comparative genomics, bioinformatics, biochemistry and virology to ask fundamental questions about how host immunity genes have evolved to combat pathogens and how pathogens counter-evolve to defeat the host immune system.
